Round 3 of the Western Province Downhill series is coming up fast! The event will take place on the weekend of the 28/29 November at the Hellsend Dirt Compound in Vuurberg. Enduro riders take note, there is an enduro category and the track is certainly rideable on an enduro bike! In terms of entry cost it is R500 for the full weekend or R350 for just the shuttle day. Entries are limited to 150 riders and will close at midnight on the 26th of November. Mandatory protection includes: Full face helmet, elbow coverage and knee guards. Table Mountain and the Cape Epic prologue route have been pounded by riders over the last few weeks as they prepare for the worlds largest MTB stage race! This unique route sits in the heart of Cape Town and offers riders a real challenge! Although the route is only 20km in length, it is packed with some vicious climbs that will test the legs! The entire route is incredibly accessible so we encourage one and all to pack a cooler box and hit the route and support the riders come race day on the 15th.
